The goal of TheArtBLOG is to provide a source of news and information on art and the art world, selected artists, and art events and an opportunity for the audience to respond to this content.
Specifically, TheArtBLOG will provide news of the art world; opinion on issues in art with reader comments; reviews of fairs, exhibits and shows with reader comments; information on the work of selected artists and with reader reaction, interviews with reader comments; and a calendar of art related items with particular emphasis on the activities of TheArtBLOG Subscribers. Further, TheArtBLOG will enable Buyers/Collectors to register so as to receive notification of information relating to their particular interests. In addition, the site will contain links to our partner web sites, TheArtSource.biz and TheArtSource.biz, as well as links to all web site related content contacts utilizing both web sites developed by our organization or third parties.
The initial focus will be on Colorado and New Mexico and the Rocky Mountain West and Southwest. In the longer term, however, expansion to nationwide coverage is planned.
